Art of Living Course

A beautiful introduction to meditation and yoga, this six-session program features powerful breathing and relaxation techniques, practical knowledge on health and nutrition, as well as a home practice that leaves you refreshed, energized and stress-free on a daily basis. The cornerstone of this program is Sudharshan Kriya, a rhytmic breathing technique that strengthens the immune system, increases creativity and reduces symptoms of depression.

There are no pre-requisites for this program.

Art of Silence Course

This course is an opportunity to experience powerful silence along with the deep serenity of guided meditations. The practice of silence has been known throughout the ages, in many different traditions and cultures, as a great tool for elevating consciousness. When deep meditation is added to the silence, our constantly changing thoughts come to a rest and the mind becomes clear, giving rise to a sense of natural joy.

Art of Meditation Course

Sahaj Samadhi means effortless transcendence and provides the mind with much needed rest.  In just three sessions, learn how to tap the depths of your nature. Participants receive a unique home practice to help overcome the effects of stressful situations and enhance the quality of life.

Sri Sri Yoga

Sri Sri Yoga is a 10-hour workshop spread over 6 days. Presented in a pure, joyful, and thorough manner, participants gain the depth of ancient yogic knowledge while experiencing a combination of gentle and vigorous asanas. Through this balanced discipline, you will gain a multi-path approach for the uniting body, breath and mind with awareness.

Weekend Retreats

Join us at the International Art of Living Retreat Centre in Mauricie for a magnificent weekend of rest and rejuvenation. Included in this weekend package are yoga and meditation classes, introductory seminars on Ayurveda, amazing vegetarian cuisine, nature walks, swimming and more! Youth Programs

The Art of Living is dedicated to inspiring, strengthening and empowering young people to live life to its fullest potential by providing fun and challenging programs tailored to each age group. Children ages 8-13 participate in ART Excel. High school students (ages 14-17) participate in the Youth Empowerment Seminar (YES!) and the YES!+ Program is for college students and young professionals. At the heart of each program is a set of breathing and relaxation techniques as well as practical knowledge to help students meet life with a smile and unbounded confidence. Youth also engage in meaningful service in and around the community. Previous projects include the creation of a children's garden, fundraising for the Care for Children program, and one of their all- time favourites...helping to paint the cabins!
